OASIS de LUZ V
Description
Oasis de Luz is situated in plain nature directly along the RIO GORGOS river in a dead-end Camino and approx. 5 km from a next Village with supermarket facilities, restaurants, etc.
On that geographical nose between the cities Denia and Calpe we are located very central, with only up to 30 minutes by car to those many beautiful beaches and calas and tourist-areas.
Oasis de Luz consists of 5 apartments of which 3 are for holiday rental, with fully rented max 11 people on the plot.
Oasis de Luz was constructed according to Feng Shui and geomantic rules providing a unique ambience according to feed backs of our guests.
The pool and garden area with barbecue and pool-lounge is for all guests available. There is also a washing room with washing-machine and dryer.
This apartment is the “Belle Etage” with a 60 m2 terrace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen and a large dining and living-room. The parking is right in front of the entrance.
2. Use of the pool with long hair only with hair clip or hair tie tied together or with swimming cap
3. Smoking is not permitted within any of the premises
4. Check in from 4pm. Check-out by 11:00 a.m
5. Dishes / grill / plancha must be cleaned again after use
6. Apartment tenants are allowed to receive guests. For insurance reasons, the number of guests is limited to one visitor per tenant. These guests must be informed of the number and duration of the OASIS de LUZ administration (ask the administration for exceptions). These guests are not allowed to stay overnight in the rented premises.
7. Dogs may only be kept on a leash on the OASIS de LUZ premises.
8. It is forbidden to keep bicycles in the apartments. Ask the management for shelters.
9. Parties are not permitted.
